Can you please tell me how the eye for the thimble is formed? Under the chafe covering is it a splice or seizing or shrink wrap that is pulling the two sides together to form the eye. Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
Under the chafe guard near the thimble, is spliced.
Please go to this link you can see how it is spliced:

I need a snubber for a 57’ power cruiser. I am looking for advice on length but suspect that I need 15’ legs, minimum 12 eyes, 5/8 3 Strand. Can you give me a quote for this solution.
Thank you for your question.
I think that you need 3/4" for your boat but if you prefer 5/8" x 15' snubber here the link:

HI. INTERESTED IN THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE A 2005 CARVER 46 MY. SO IT SEEMS I SHOULD BE USING BASED ON YOUR DESCRIPTION THE 3/4 INCH LINE BUT NOT SURE IF I SHOULD GET 3/4 X 10 OR THE 3/4 X 12 ? HOW DO I DETERMINE THIS? ALSO, I WOULD LIKE TO USE AS A CHAIN SNUBBER AT ANCHOR BUT ALSO WHEN I PICK UP A MOORING BALL. WHAT TWO END ATTACHMENTS DO YOU RECOMMEND ?
Thank you for your question.
The length should be equal to 2 1/2 times the freeboard (the height of a ship's side between the waterline and the deck). I am not sure but the freeboard of your boat is about 6,' so the right line should be 15' or 20'.
About the second part of your question, yes you can use it as mooring line eventually. But it is not recommended to mooring permanently.
Thanks

Hi- do you sell shock absorbers to install on these bridles?
Hello, thank you for your question.
You do not need an extra shock absorbers. Our lines are made with 100% nylon, it means a lot of elasticity to absorbing shocks and resistence. With the proper diameter and length, an additional shock installed to the snubber will make that you do not have all the sistem working properly, and the shocks will be not dissipated correctly.
So, the answer is no!
Please, let me know if you need more help.
Thank you.

I have a Catalina 425 sailboat with combined chain and nylon line rode. What is the best way to attach this bridle to my nylon anchor line? Dyneema or other material through this bridle eye and rolling hitch to anchor line?
Thank you for your question.
So, with prusik knot. Nylon is fine.
We make it as well, it is stronger as a hook.

Thank you.
